ESSENTIAL KIT

You don’t need fancy kit to get intoTRI. A swimming costume, any roadworthy bike, a helmet and a pair of trainers and you are ready to TRI.

“I hadn’t exercised for years, but intoTRI encouraged me to get off my bum and try something new. I’ve just signed up for my 3rd event and have loved every one so far”
Andre Bajaria

“Well, I didn’t die, and I’ve done three park runs since, the first sport in years. The dog laughs at my attempts to run but at least I’m trying”
Tom Rettie
